Aiming to work out four consecutive days this week — it would be a personal record (PR) for me because even at the height of my CrossFit-ness last year, I don’t think I ever came thru to workouts even three consecutive days. Also, I don’t think I ever got in more than three CF workouts in a week. I figure if I can keep this up & do 3-4 workouts a week until The Big Climb, I’ll be okay. I hope.
EDIT: it’s 5:20PM & my body is feeling really stiff… I hope I make it to tomorrow. LOL
