HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Sleep: 7hrs

Nutrition:

9AM: 6 strips bacon, 2 plain crepes, 18 oz. water

2PM: lots of water, some stuffing

6PM: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, baby spinach, carrots, cooooke

10PM: half a bottle of beer (Pilsner Urquel)

Feeling:

4PM: not great.

WOD:

taking photos alllll night — it really is quite the workout 🙂

I was right about my TOM. Bingo!

Sleep: 7 hrs

Nutrition:

9AM: 18 oz. water

10AM: 18 oz. water, veggie chips

7PM: 2 glasses water, teriyaki glazed chicken w/ veggies

10PM: 1 glass chocolate milk

Feeling:

10AM: tired, bloated, sleepy, achey, grumpy, hungry, & itchy. All 7 dwarves are present & accounted for.

WOD:

Whatever it is, it’s gonna have to happen at home after I finish cleaning… My mom is being a bit of a tyrant this week. I want to see the new pullup bars at the gym already!!!! GRAWR. I guess that’ll have to wait until Friday(?).

Okay, seriously — why’s this challenge seem so much more difficult to dive into than GRFS?

Sleep: 6 hrs

Nutrition:

1AM: antihistamine w/ 10 oz. water

7:30AM: 10 oz. water

12:30PM: 1 glass of water, medium bowl of chicken pho

7PM: 2 cups of Coke (gasp!), 1 chicken breast, salad w/ ranch dressing

10PM: 18 oz. water, half a cucumber w/ some salt and pepper

Feeling:

5PM: like death. I don’t think I’ll ever get used to my new antihistamine… I was dragging alllllll day. Plus it’s about to be that time of the month.

WOD:

Rest. BOOOOOOO.

SRTWC starts today! Augh!

Sleep: 6.5 hrs

Nutrition:

7AM: 10 oz. water, 2 strips of baconnnn

1:30PM: 20 oz. water, small cup of soup, caesar salad with chicken

8PM: 18 oz. water, french fries (!!! — I actually forgot about the challenge until after I ate them. shame shame shame!)

Feeling:

10:30AM: pretty durrn good.

7PM: headachey. sugar withdrawals?

8:15PM: stupid because I forgot about the challenge… definitely will take some adjusting.

WOD:

Rest.

Unfortunately, I had an acupuncture appointment tonight so I couldn’t make it out to FCF for a class. I’m excited to see the pullup bar cage!! Hopefully I’ll get to play on it tomorrow 🙂 Maybe we’ll do “Cindy” soon! Finally!
